The application period for the Masterclass 2020 in Communication Management is approaching. From May 4 to 31, 2020, you can apply for one of the coveted 30 study places in Germany's leading university master's program in Communication Management. But what can you expect as an upcoming student? What distinguishes the Master's programme at the University of Leipzig? And what future prospects does the programme offer you? We have collected voices from students, alumni and professors in the video. They share their experiences with you and give you a look behind the scenes.

We take our time for a qualified selection procedure. The personal interviews are conducted by the professors themselves. Because a qualified group is a prerequisite for individual success.
Up to 30 students are enrolled every year. The accredited course of studies begins each winter semester.
We expect academic performance, motivation, specialist knowledge and practical experience - and offer the best PR training and the most renowned professors in the German-speaking world (Ranking 2010, newsaktuell/dpa; Ranking 2012/2015, BdP)

Applications for study places and the selection procedure 2020 are possible as follows:
Applicants with German university entrance qualification (Abitur) and German B.A. degree: via AlmaWeb (May 4 - May 31, 2020)
Applicants with German university entrance qualification (Abitur) and foreign B.A. degree: via uni-assist (1 April - 31 May 2020)
Applicants with foreign university entrance qualification (Abitur) and German B.A. degree: via AlmaWeb (4 May - 31 May 2020)
Applicants with foreign university entrance qualifications (Abitur) and foreign B.A. degree: via uni-assist (1 April - 31 May 2020)
The selection interviews will take place on 20, 21 and 22 July 2020. A personal participation is necessary; other dates are not possible.
Due to the current situation, it is possible to start a Master's programme this year, even if not all of the Bachelor's achievements have been completed by 30.09.2020. However, if you are granted a place at university, you must prove that you have completed at least 150 LP by 30.09.2020 in order to be enrolled by the Student Secretariat. By 31.03.2021, you must then prove that you have not yet completed all of your Bachelor's degree. Please use this form for this purpose.
